A simple lock icon that freezes the interface and blocks all keyboard and mouse input to prevent accidental interactions.

Accidental keyboard and mouse inputs can unintentionally trigger actions in the application. This often happens when the user is temporarily away from the device and external factors - such as pets walking on the keyboard or random mouse movement - interact with the interface.

These misclicks can interrupt ongoing processes, change settings, close important screens, or cause errors that require manual recovery. This creates frustration, breaks focus, and reduces trust in the app’s stability.

Introduce an interface lock UI element (lock icon) that disables all keyboard and mouse interactions when activated. This “Lock Mode” would prevent any accidental input while keeping the app visible and running, and could be easily toggled on or off by the user.
