Add a “Link to” option to the context menu of web links.

When I open the context menu on any web link and choose “Link to”, I should be able to quickly save the linked content (website, PDF, image, etc.) directly to a View or a folder.
This would reduce the number of steps and eliminate the need to open the link in a new tab first before using “Link to” from there.
