Add ability to duplicate pinned tabs

Currently, pinned tabs cannot be easily duplicated through the standard right-click context menu. When users want to create a copy of a pinned tab—whether to open it in a different workspace, duplicate tab with history. This creates friction in the workflow, especially for power users who frequently manage multiple pinned tabs across different contexts.
