Consistent behavior for pinned tabs

Problem

Currently, when interacting with pinned tabs, clicking links opens them in unpinned tabs. This is unexpected and breaks the user’s mental model.

Expected

• Clicking inside a pinned tab should open content within that tab, letting the user “dive in.”

• Ensure consistent behavior between pinned and unpinned tabs: the user should always understand where the new content will appear.
