Communication across teams and projects is often scattered across multiple apps and platforms, such as Miro, Notion, Jira, Linear, or Discord. Important feedback, messages, or updates can be buried in different places, making it difficult to track, organize, and act upon them efficiently. Additionally, not all communications are equally urgent, but there’s no unified system to prioritize them or notify users at the right time.

Why is this a problem for you?

Scattered communication leads to wasted time searching for updates or missing critical messages. For example, feedback left on a design file in Miro might be missed because a related task update exists in Jira, while discussions happen in Discord. Without centralization, it’s easy to lose track of what needs immediate attention versus what can wait. This fragmentation creates inefficiencies, increases stress, and hampers productivity.

Introduce a centralized inbox feature within ABLE to collect, prioritize, and manage communication from various platforms:

• Aggregation: Integrate with popular tools (e.g., Miro, Notion, Linear, Jira, Discord) to pull all communication into a single, unified inbox within ABLE.

• Prioritization: Allow collaborators or system rules to assign priority levels to messages (e.g., urgent, deadline-based, or low priority).

• Intelligent Scheduling: ABLE can notify users about urgent messages immediately, defer medium-priority messages until suitable times, and automatically surface low-priority messages at user-scheduled intervals.

• Deadline Awareness: Messages or tasks tied to deadlines are flagged proactively and resurfaced as the deadline approaches.

• Digest Summaries: Provide a daily or weekly summary of centralized communications to ensure nothing is missed.
