Detect and Handle Vault Folder Deletion or Move in File Explorer or Finder

If a Vault’s root folder is deleted or moved in Finder/Explorer while the Vault is active, the app does not inform the user, and the Vault stays broken or inaccessible.

This causes confusion — users don’t know why the Vault isn’t working, and may lose time or data trying to troubleshoot.

Suggest a solution
Detect when a Vault’s root folder is missing or moved externally, and immediately notify the user with a toast or a dedicated UI/flow to handle this state (e.g., choose new location, remove Vault, or recover).
