Independent Tree State for Library and Context Trees per Tab

Currently, changes to tree state (expanded folders, selected items) in the Library or Context tree are synchronized between tabs. This causes users to lose their navigation when switching contexts.

Suggest a solution
Make the state (expanded/collapsed folders and selected elements) for Library and Context trees independent for each tab.
