Insert Local Images into Text Blocks (From Disk and Vault)

Problem:

Currently, there is no way to insert local images (e.g. .png, .jpg) directly into text blocks — whether from the file system or from existing files already stored in the vault.
Users are forced to describe visuals with text or manually link to files, which breaks the visual nature of documentation.
