Interface Scaling via Settings Screen

Explain the problem as you see it
Currently, interface scaling is not managed through a dedicated settings screen.

Why is this a problem for you?
Changing interface size is inconvenient; many related settings are spread across different menus.

Suggest a solution
Add a comprehensive interface scaling option to the main settings screen. Collect existing controls (like AdBlock, updates, camera/microphone permissions, default browser, etc.) and consolidate them—make scaling a fast and visible adjustment alongside other core interface settings.
