Knowledge base structure revamp

The knowledge base should be familiar to a user but allow for multiple context setups and groupings and allow for easy management of those contexts, heavily considering the retrieval practices. Based on this we're going to revamp the knowledge base.
We plan to deliver the PoC of the renewed base structure for dogfood research by February '24, and for the closed user research by the end of Q1 '24
