Multi-tab Selection and Bulk Actions

Problem:

Currently, users can only interact with one tab at a time. There’s no way to select and manage multiple open tabs simultaneously.

Proposed Solution:

• Enable multi-tab selection via:

  • Shift + Click to select a range.

  • Cmd/Ctrl + Click to select individual tabs.

• Add support for bulk actions, such as:

  • Close selected tabs.

  • Move selected tabs to a folder or context.

  • Group or merge selected tabs (if grouping is supported).

  • Pin/unpin multiple tabs.

Why it matters:

• Greatly improves tab management for power users.

• Reduces repetitive manual actions.

• Brings tab handling closer to common UX patterns (e.g., browser tab UX, file managers).
