New tabs opened in background are hidden when unpinned tabs list full

Problem

When the unpinned tabs list is full and scroll position is not in the end of the list, any new tabs opened in the background (Cmd/Ctrl + click) are not visible. This breaks a core navigation workflow and makes it seem like tabs are not opening at all.

Expected

The tab should open under the tab in which the link was opened and crawl to it. Skol is needed in situations where the last taba on the list and the new taba opened in bekgrunde does not fall into the visible part of the sijbar or in the case of dual-landscape.
