Offline Access for Web Content

Problem:

Currently, web content opened or saved in ABLE requires an internet connection to load. This makes it unavailable when working offline — e.g. while traveling, in focus mode, or with unstable connectivity.

Proposed Solution:

Enable offline saving of web content, so that users can revisit and read key resources even without internet.
