Persistent Favicons Offline

Problem

When there’s no internet connection, favicons disappear or break in the interface. This creates a messy look and makes it harder to recognize saved links.

Expected

• Favicons should be cached and displayed offline.

  or

• If a favicon can’t be retrieved, show a default placeholder icon instead of an empty or broken space.
