Pin a chosen tab in a sidebar

In some use cases, one needs a tab to be easily accessible during a work-session or for some longer period of time.

Sometimes, it's difficult to find a tab when there are lots of them.

Pn tab feature - option to pin a tab to the top of the tab list in the sidebar.
