Redesign pane toolbar

Problem

The current pane bar toolbar takes up too much vertical space, which reduces the usable area for content. This feels bulky and distracts from the main workspace.

Expected

• Make the toolbar more compact while keeping all essential actions accessible.

• Use smaller buttons/icons with clear tooltips.

• Ensure consistency with the overall minimalistic design of ABLE.
