Smaller and Auto-Hiding Scrollbars

Current scrollbars in the sidebar and content panes are large and always visible, which visually clutters the workspace.

Scrollbars distract from the main content and reduce usable space when working with lists, trees, and documents.

Suggest a solution
Make scrollbars thinner and automatically hide them when inactive. Show them only on hover or during scrolling, to keep the interface clean and focused.
