Unify “Link To” and “Move To” Actions for Folders and Files

Problem:

In the current implementation, “Link To” and “Move To” appear as separate actions in the context menu for files and folders.

This causes confusion for users, who often don’t immediately understand the difference between the two, leading to hesitation and friction:

“What’s the difference?”
“Which one should I choose?”
“What does each one actually do?”
