Create a summary page?”</em></p></li><li><p><em>“You have 3 web tabs about the same domain — group them?”</em></p></li></ul><p></p><h4>Organizational Intelligence:</h4><ul><li><p>Detect similar content and suggest grouping</p></li><li><p>Flag duplicate or orphaned items (unused pages/files)</p></li><li><p>Identify outdated items for archiving</p></li></ul><p></p><h4>Workflow Boosters:</h4><ul><li><p>Recommend new views (e.g. “View: All notes tagged #UX this week”)</p></li><li><p>Auto-build dashboards based on recent patterns</p></li><li><p>Suggest recurring structure from user behavior</p></li></ul><p></p>
